Job summary

Chinese Development Assistance Council is seeking a multidisciplinary role to identify student learning and behavioural needs, co-develop intervention and support plans, and implement holistic frameworks across centres in Singapore.

You will collaborate with Educational Therapists, Counsellors, and Cluster Principals to strengthen student management, mentoring, and pastoral support, plan resources, and engage diverse stakeholders including parents and schools.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Counselling or related Social Science required.
• Experience working with children and youth with learning/behavioural needs in school/community/non-profit settings preferred.
• Experience conducting observations, case consultations, or intervention planning for diverse learners.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams essential.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings to support interventions and stakeholder meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Educational Therapists, Counsellors, and Cluster Principals to identify learning and behavioural needs and co-develop intervention plans
• Plan and implement holistic frameworks to strengthen student management and pastoral support
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to tutors on managing diverse learning needs
• Conduct observations and assessments to monitor progress and adjust learning support
• Develop and adapt learning resources and accommodations for diverse learners
• Engage parents, schools, and other stakeholders to support student outcomes
