Job summary

LCentral Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a warm, patient Centre Assistant to support daily operations in our learning centre. You will supervise homework, run enrichment activities, and help with attendance, meals, hygiene checks, and classroom routines to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

You will build rapport with students and parents, assist enrolment inquiries, manage rosters and payments, and help optimise room usage while maintaining cleanliness and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with children.
• Responsible, patient, and able to multitask.
• Friendly, professional, and confident in interacting with parents.
• Experience in student care/education/customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise homework and conduct simple learning, enrichment, digital literacy, and holiday activities.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive behaviour of students.
• Build strong rapport with students and parents to create a warm, nurturing environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards in image, safety, and hygiene.
• Assist with daily operations: arrival, attendance, food prep, hygiene checks, dismissal, and classroom routines.
• Support administrative tasks (rosters, scheduling, payments, record keeping).
• Assist with enrolment processes: enquiries, assessments, registration, and follow-up.
• Help schedule classes and optimise the use of rooms, materials, and resources.
• Maintain centre cleanliness, sanitisation, and equipment condition.
