Rainbow Centre seeks qualified educators to assess and tailor learning plans for students, designing effective instructional materials and environments. You will foster engaging, differentiated instruction and collaborative teaching, while managing classroom motivation and safety.

Strong collaboration with families and community partners is essential to support each child’s development. The role requires a diploma or degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related fields, with at least two years

Competenze

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in related field of study (Psychology, Social Work, Human Services) and have completed SDESN.
• At least 2 years working in an early intervention setting.
• Able to handle the physical demands of the role, such as lifting and carrying the students and equipment, and cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities.
• Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.

• Collaborate with parents, family, caregivers and relevant stakeholders for a family-centered planning for learning and life goals, continuing development, and preparation for future life stages
• Engage in self-reflective practice and supervision for improved professional practice; Coaches teachers who teach in the same session
• Participate in initiatives that improve and innovate processes to enhance the learning and development of the students, and the functioning of the organisation
