Job summary

Stalford Academy is a private education institution in Singapore offering Cambridge International curriculum and AEIS preparation. We seek a Student Services & Development Executive who will support students and parents after enrolment, manage timetables, attendance, results, and communications, and act as the trusted contact for families.

Fresh graduates and mid-career professionals are welcome. Full training is provided. Based at NTU@one-north campus with a 5.5-day week and a team-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above; fresh graduates welcome.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin essential.
• Real patience and care for students and parents.
• Organised and meticulous; timetables and records require accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for enrolled students and their parents, attending to queries until resolved.
• Keep parents updated on attendance, progress, assessments and announcements.
• Track attendance, assessments and progress; prepare progress reports for parents.
• Coordinate class timetables across Cambridge, AEIS, O-Level and A-Level programmes.
• Assist with examination registrations, placement tests and assessment logistics.
• Support ICA liaison for international students and maintain enrolment documentation.
