Responsibilities

• Assist in managing student services and academic administration, including timetabling, handling student inquiries, lecturer deployment, and planning academic resources for seminars and courses.
• Support the development and review of operational policies and procedures to improve institutional effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate academic and student data and prepare reports for internal review and external submission.
• Conduct student orientation sessions and provide timely responses to student and participant inquiries.
• Coordinate program activities, conduct evaluations, and contribute to facilities improvements to enhance the learning environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speaking to support administrative and student engagement tasks.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work under pressure.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all academic and administrative duties.
