Job summary

ST.HUA PRIVATE SCHOOL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Student Experience Executive to engage with prospective students and support enrolment activities.

You will provide information on our training programmes and assist with programme-related enquiries, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. The role offers opportunities to gain hands-on experience in student relations and business processes, with working hours Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00, near Jurong East MRT.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide information on our training programmes and support student enrolment processes.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist with their programme-related enquiries.
• Deliver friendly and professional support throughout the student journey.
• Coordinate student and programme-related matters with internal teams.
• Prepare quotations, reports, and administrative documents.
• Maintain student records, documentation, and data accuracy.
• Liaise with trainers, staff, and external stakeholders to support smooth programme operations.
• Provide general student engagement and administrative support as required.
