Job summary

Responsibilities

• Draft programme updates and send notifications via K360 app.
• Respond to email enquiries, calls, and walk‑in enquiries.
• Assist with letters of verification and transcript/certificate issuance.
• Monitor attendance and process leave applications.
• Coordinate student support and conduct referrals as needed.
