Job summary

InternSG is seeking an Executive, Student Services on a contract until June 2027. You will support students throughout their academic journey, handle inquiries, and clearly communicate programme details and requirements.

You will also assist with academic and non-academic interventions, monitoring satisfaction and ensuring regulatory compliance. Based onsite at Wilkie Edge, you will manage attendance, transfers and withdrawals, transcript requests, student passes, appeals, and other

Qualifications

• Diploma required.
• Preferably 1 year of customer service experience in education.

Responsibilities

• Student Engagement: draft updates, respond to inquiries via email/phone/onsite, issue Letters of Verification.
• Attendance Monitoring and Interventions: monitor attendance, process leave applications, guide students on procedures.
• Re-modules, transfers, withdrawals, deferments, resumptions, extensions for students. Manage inactive students.
• Student Conduct: monitor and advise on both academic and non-academic conduct.
• Academic Intervention Coordination: work with academic dept. to support students.
• Student Pass Monitoring: manage cancellation and renewal of Student's Pass.
• Assessment Appeals: handle appeals with fair processes.
• Transcript and Certificate Management: ensure timely delivery of documents.
• Undertake line-manager projects as required.
