AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is recruiting for an administrative role to support international students in Singapore. You will handle pre-departure and arrival briefings, coordinate with outsourced vendors on Student Pass applications, manage the mailbox, and respond to enquiries by 5.30pm.

You will also organize medical insurance registration, arrange airport pick-ups and appointments, update social media and the website, and maintain documents and presentations for the team.

Responsabilités

• Support pre-departure and arrival briefings for new international students
• Work with outsourced vendors to keep Student Pass applications and data entry on time and accurate
• Manage the Student Pass mailbox, clearing enquiries or giving a holding reply by 5.30pm the same day
• Coordinate medical insurance registration with internal teams and handle related student enquiries
• Schedule airport pick-ups, medical appointments and Student Pass collection
• Organise integration and wellbeing events for new local and international students
• Keep student communications up to date on social media and the web
• Maintain documents, records and presentation slides
