Job summary

GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced candidate to support a school's Student Management Team in handling student discipline, supervising detention, and implementing discipline policies.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, de-escalation abilities, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic school environment. A First Aid certificate is preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Preferably 5 years of experience managing children or youth.
• Experience supervising teenagers in disciplinary settings.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills expected.
• Familiar with restorative practices and student support frameworks.
• Holds a valid First Aid certificate or willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support the SMT and teachers in handling student discipline cases.
• Maintain records of discipline cases and follow-up actions.
• Assist in implementing the school's discipline framework and policies.
• Assist in fact-finding and investigations relating to student management matters.
• Coordinate with parents or guardians on discipline matters.
