Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Student Recruitment Executive to drive enrollment growth. You will develop strategies, identify new markets through schools, agents, fairs, roadshows, and outreach, and build strong relationships with parents, students, agents, and partner institutions.

You will organize marketing events, provide accurate course counseling, manage inquiries and leads, monitor pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to create campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in student recruitment within a private education institution is a plus.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Asia, with exposure to markets beyond the region is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the higher education and student recruitment trends.
• Ability to effectively plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans.
• Possess a proactive mindset, and remain committed to delivering impactful results within stipulated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for student growth.
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the admission process.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
