BizChamp International College is seeking a motivated Recruitment Agent to support student recruitment and business development activities. You will identify prospective students, promote programmes, and assist applicants through admission and enrolment.

You should have a diploma or degree and be strong in communication, networking, and target achievement, with comfortable CRM use and independent work style. Training and progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, education consultancy, or related areas is a plus.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective students through recruitment channels.
• Promote programmes and provide accurate information on courses, fees, and pathways.
• Generate leads and follow up to achieve enrolment targets.
• Consult with prospective students and recommend suitable programmes.
• Assist applicants with applications, registration and enrolment.
• Maintain documentation and CRM records accurately.
