Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic professional to implement sales strategies and drive recruitment of students. You will analyze market trends, support lead management, and build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

You will manage events, report weekly progress, and assist during peak periods, including Open House weekends. A degree and strong communication skills are required, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to persuade and negotiate with diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable delivering clear messages and proposals to groups.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies to recruit and enrol students.
• Maintain an updated and presentable sales kit; provide professional advice to prospective students/parents.
• Establish initial contact and follow-up with inquiries per Lead Management guidelines.
• Regularly monitor sales pipelines and provide weekly Lead & Recruitment reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required and support company events.
