Job summary

BizChamp International College is seeking an Education Consultant to drive student recruitment by promoting programmes and delivering expert course consultations. You will guide prospective students through the enrolment journey, explaining programme structures, admission criteria, fees, and study pathways to help inform their decisions.

The role requires proactive engagement, strong relationship building, and the ability to meet recruitment targets while representing the college professionally

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in sales/education recruitment or customer service considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of meeting recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and tailor academic programmes to boost enrolments.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Conduct course consultations, explain programmes, admission criteria, fees, and pathways.
• Follow up on enquiries to convert leads into enrolled students.
• Represent BizChamp at education fairs, open houses, and marketing events.
