Job summary

WSH Experts Pte. Ltd. Singapore seeks an organized administrator to support student development activities, including CCA, enrichment programmes, camps, and overseas trips. You will manage attendance, budgeting, procurement, logistics, and parent communications, ensuring smooth operations.

You will help monitor welfare, facilitate reflections, collaborate with school staff and external partners, and ensure compliance with school SOPs and safety regulations while reviewing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for student development activities, including Co-Curricular Activities (CCA), enrichment programmes, camps, overseas trips, attendance tracking, budget management, procurement, instructor engagement, risk management, inventory management, logistics coordination and parent communication.
• Ensure compliance with school SOPs and safety regulations and assist in reviewing procedures.
• Support student development outcomes by monitoring students' learning and welfare, facilitating reflections, supporting CCA activities and collaborating with school staff and external stakeholders.
