Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive onboarding coordinator to support international students with pre-departure briefings, arrival introductions, and arrange airport pickups and medical appointments.

You will work with vendors to process Student Pass data, handle insurance administration, and keep students informed via social media and official channels. Entry-level applicants are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student onboarding and briefings: support pre-departure and arrival briefings, manage Meet & Greet services, and schedule airport pick-ups, medical appointments, and Student Pass collections with vendors.
• Oversee Student Pass and vendor operations: work with outsourced vendors to ensure timely and accurate application and Student Pass data entry, and manage the Student Pass mailbox.
• Organise integration and wellbeing events: plan and run integration and student wellbeing activities for new local and international students.
• Administer student medical insurance: manage inpatient and outpatient insurance administration, liaise with Business Units on student registration, handle insurance enquiries, and update statistics.
• Handle documentation and communication: maintain documents, financial records, and presentation slides, while regularly updating students through social media, webpages, and other channels, plus any ad-hoc duties as required.
