Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Student Life Executive (International Student) to support the International Office, coordinate with vendors, and run onboarding for new international students.

The role involves organising integration activities and managing communications with students throughout their arrival and stay. Ideal candidates will have a degree or diploma with relevant experience, strong event-management skills, and a willingness to work after hours and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline or Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong event management with ability to multi-task.
• Enjoy working with youths from different cultural backgrounds.
• Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work after 6pm and on weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage International Office (IO) functions and coordinate with outsourced vendors to ensure timely data entry and accuracy.
• Support pre-departure and arrival briefings for all international students.
• Organise integration and student wellbeing events for new local and international students.
• Answer the Student Pass mailbox and update documents, financial records, and slides.
• Manage administration of student medical insurance and liaise with units to register students for insurance.
• Coordinate Meet & Greet services and airport pick-up arrangements.
• Handle ongoing communications with current students via social media and web pages.
