Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. recruits a role to support international students with pre-departure and arrival briefings, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing communication.

You will coordinate with vendors for Student Pass data entry, manage the mailbox, and help organise integration and wellbeing events for new students, while keeping information current on social media and webpages.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-departure and arrival briefings for international students
• Coordinate with vendors on application/Student Pass data entry and accuracy
• Organise integration and wellbeing events for new students
• Manage the Student Pass mailbox and related documentation
• Administer in/outpatient student medical insurance and liaise with business units on registration
• Manage Meet & Greet services — airport pickups, medical/pass collection scheduling
• Keep students updated via social media and webpage channels
