EQUISTAR INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to plan and execute campaigns, manage content across Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin, and other platforms. You will support events, student recruitment, and material creation for promotions.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining databases, and contributing ideas based on current social media trends. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Sales, or related discipline.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, student recruitment initiatives, and college events.
• Support creation, editing, and publishing of marketing content across platforms including Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Channels, WeChat Official Account, and Douyin.
• Produce short-form videos, promotional graphics, posters, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials for programmes, campus events, student activities, and recruitment campaigns.
• Assist Sales in following up with prospective students and enquiries, including responding to basic queries, providing programme information, arranging appointments, and coordinating campus visits.
• Maintain and update prospective student databases, enquiry records, lead information, and follow-up status for reporting.
• Prepare marketing materials, programme information, presentations, quotations, promotional packages, and other documents for recruitment and sales.
• Coordinate with internal departments, academic staff, students, partners, and vendors to support campaigns, events, recruitment activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Organise and support open houses, education fairs, exhibitions, school visits, seminars, workshops, recruitment events, and other promotional activities.
• Monitor social media trends relevant to education and international student markets; suggest ideas to improve content and audience engagement.
• Organise, review, and repurpose photos, videos, testimonials, student success stories, and other assets for promotional channels.
• Track and report basic marketing activities, campaign results, enquiries, leads, and engagement to evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across digital and print materials; ensure accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with standards.
• Perform general administrative duties related to Sales & Marketing and other tasks as assigned by Management.
