Job summary

EQUISTAR INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE PTE.LTD. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning and execution of campaigns, content creation across Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat platforms and Douyin, and to assist with materials for student recruitment and campus events.

The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining databases, and contributing to engaging digital content and promotional activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Sales, or related discipline.
• Experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, student recruitment, customer service, or education is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with prospective students, parents, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, outgoing and comfortable with sales follow-up, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with multi-tasking and deadline management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, WeChat Channels, and Douyin is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, student recruitment initiatives, and events.
• Support creation, editing and publishing of marketing content across digital platforms including Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, WeChat Official Account, and Douyin.
• Help produce short-form videos, posters, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials for programmes and campus activities.
• Assist the Sales team in following up with prospective students and inquiries, arrange appointments, and coordinate campus visits.
• Maintain prospective student databases, enquiry records, and follow-up status for accurate reporting.
• Prepare marketing materials, programme information, quotations, and promotional packages for recruitment and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, staff, students, partners and vendors to support campaigns and events.
• Organise open houses, education fairs, exhibitions, school visits, seminars, workshops and recruitment events.
• Monitor social media trends and provide ideas to improve content and audience engagement.
• Organise and repurpose photos, videos, testimonials and marketing assets for use across channels.
• Track campaign results and engagement to evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across digital and print materials and ensure accuracy and professionalism.
