Job summary

EQUISTAR INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive student recruitment and promote our programmes.

You will plan campaigns, manage social media across RED, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and create engaging content including graphics, posters and short videos. The ideal candidate has a marketing degree or diploma, hands-on digital marketing experience, and proficiency with Canva and CapCut.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing or content creation preferred.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat or the education sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the college's programmes and student recruitment activities.
2. Manage social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
3. Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, posters, social media posts and short-form videos.
4. Edit videos using subtitles, music, transitions and basic visual effects.
5. Monitor marketing performance and work with the team to improve brand awareness and student enquiries.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
2. Experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation is preferred.
3. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or other design and video editing tools.
4. Creative, proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
5. Experience with Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat or the education industry will be an added advantage.
