Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Sales, or related discipline
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, student recruitment, customer service or education is advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospective students, parents, partners and internal stakeholders
• Proactive, outgoing and comfortable with sales follow-up, lead generation, customer engagement and relationship building
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms (Xiaohongshu/RED, WeChat, Douyin)

Responsabilidades

• Assist Sales & Marketing in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, student recruitment initiatives and college events
• Support creation, editing, and publishing of marketing content across digital platforms including RED, WeChat Channels and Douyin
• Produce short-form videos, promotional graphics, posters, brochures, and presentations for programmes and recruitment campaigns
• Assist Sales team with follow-up with prospective students and enquiries, including arranging appointments and campus visits
• Maintain and update prospective student databases, enquiries, leads and follow-up status
• Prepare marketing materials, programme information, presentations and quotations for recruitment activities
• Coordinate with internal departments, staff, students, partners and vendors to support campaigns and events
• Organise open houses, education fairs, exhibitions, school visits and recruitment events
• Monitor social media trends and propose ideas to improve engagement and content
• Review and repurpose photos, videos and testimonials for use across channels
• Track basic marketing activity and campaign results for reporting
• Maintain brand identity across digital and print materials
• Perform general admin and coordination duties for Sales & Marketing
