Job summary

InternSG is seeking a Student Management Admin Intern to join our education team at Bugis, Singapore. You will act as the primary contact for students and parents, assist with scheduling and attendance, and maintain accurate student records.

You will gain hands-on experience in educational operations, client relations, and student support in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, with mentorship from experienced managers and founders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace; CRM or student database experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for students and parents, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with class scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining student records.
• Update and maintain internal student management systems and databases.
• Support content creation for social media platforms (XiaoHongShu and Instagram).
