EDU STAR Academic Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Bilingual Student Management & Admin Specialist to oversee day-to-day centre operations, enrollment, and family relationships.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential; you should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma and 1–2 years in administration or operations, with strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
You will coordinate schedules, maintain student records, support teachers, and help optimize administrative workflows.
Are you organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building a career in the education sector?
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Bilingual Student Management & Admin Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a central part in maintaining seamless day-to-day centre operations, managing student enrollment, and nurturing strong relationships with students and parents.
Because a significant portion of our client community communicates in Mandarin, fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for success in this role.
Bilingual Parent & Student Support: Act as the primary point of contact for student and parent inquiries in both English and Mandarin. Manage student onboarding, enrollment processes, and day-to-day communications with warmth and professionalism.
Operations & Scheduling: Oversee master class schedules, track student attendance, coordinate centre room logistics, and handle administrative record-keeping.
Data & System Management: Maintain accurate student files and input database entries across our internal student management systems, CRMs, and tuition fee/billing records.
Customer Care & Issue Resolution: Address parent feedback, manage student drop-offs/pick-ups, and coordinate with teaching staff to support student welfare and progress.
Process & Workflow Optimization: Collaborate directly with management and founders to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline administrative workflows, and translate key operational notices.
Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is strictly required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking parents and translate center communications.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or operations (experience within the education/tuition sector is a strong plus).
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Experience using student database systems, CRMs, or scheduling software is preferred.
Key Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, empathetic, and cool-headed under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Professional Growth: Direct exposure to education leaders and company founders, with clear pathways toward centre management or operational leadership roles.
Work Culture: A supportive, energetic, and collaborative environment that values initiative and team success.
Competitive Package: Attractive salary, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and full health/medical benefits.
