Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken Mandarin and basic English.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to communicate effectively with young students, listen carefully and understand different perspectives.
• Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to communicate patiently and professionally with students, parents and education agents.
• Able to balance serving students as customers and managing them as hostel residents.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and room management: arrange check-ins, check-outs, and allocations; guide students on hostel rules and facilities.
• Student management and welfare: maintain regular communication, offer support, and address concerns while maintaining discipline.
• Communication with parents and third parties: respond to inquiries and report important matters to management.
• Safety management: conduct checks of common areas and ensure CCTV/access control systems function properly.
• Maintenance and facilities: record issues and coordinate with vendors for timely resolution.
• Emergency handling: manage illnesses, disputes and incidents and contact relevant parties as needed.
• General hostel operations: assist with records and administrative duties.
