Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in student services, academic management, or international education.
• Experience working with international students is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of education quality assurance systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international students.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration programs.
• Ensure students receive proper academic guidance and pastoral care.
• Handle student concerns, feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Support visa-related documentation coordination (if applicable).
• Monitor and evaluate teaching quality and student satisfaction.
• Implement systems to measure academic performance and service standards.
• Conduct classroom observations and gather student feedback.
• Work closely with academic leadership to improve curriculum delivery.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and education standards.
• Prepare reports on academic quality and student satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Develop SOPs to maintain service excellence.
• Any other ad-hoc duties
