Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a professional to lead and enhance student experiences through digital platforms, scholarship programmes, and engagement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to design meaningful experiences and support development journeys.

You will manage platform operations, leverage analytics and automation to improve delivery, and serve as product owner for student-facing systems. Strong communication and project coordination are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering student engagement programmes and signature events.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and event delivery.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and student systems; ability to support platform administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support scholar-related initiatives, including scholarship engagement and student recognition programmes.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver student engagement programmes and signature events.
• Leverage digital platforms to enhance programme delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Serve as the product owner for digital platforms and related student experience systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into digital solutions and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement platform enhancements and integrations.
• Manage platform operations, governance, user support, and learning platforms.
