Job summary

Great Eastern seeks an AVP, Digital Customer Platforms to own digital platforms end to end, from customer experience to deployment and performance in production. You will lead discovery, design, and delivery with design, engineering and delivery teams, ensuring coherent journeys and live optimization.

The role emphasizes hands-on product ownership, strong ownership judgment, and collaboration with IT and Data & AI teams for architecture and scalable platforms across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience owning digital platforms, delivering live operation and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-based platforms and modern digital architecture.
• Experience applying data and AI in live customer environments and working with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own digital customer platform direction, roadmap and delivery end to end.
• Lead discovery through design, build, test and release with design, engineering and delivery teams.
• Manage live platform performance using analytics and customer insights.
• Ensure coherent journeys across self-service and assisted channels with reusable capabilities.
• Collaborate with Group IT and Group Data & AI on architecture and deployment of data/AI capabilities.
• Balance scope, customer value, business outcomes, and regulatory considerations.
