Job summary

SKOOL21 seeks an experienced Digital Learning Operations Lead to manage its Digital Learning Portal end-to-end. You will launch content, foster a vibrant and safe community of teachers, students, and parents, and drive ongoing platform engagement and success.

Responsibilities include publishing content, designing polished pages in Canva, QA across devices, managing user accounts at scale, and providing first-line support while safeguarding PDPA/GDPR-K standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in LMS/CMS or edtech operations.
• Hands-on content creation and QA for learning platforms.
• Experience with Canva-based design and publishing.

Responsibilities

• Publish and format academic content, assessments, activities, and videos on the portal.
• Design interactive pages in Canva and the content studio for child-friendly presentation.
• QA across desktop/tablet/mobile before release.
• Manage user accounts for students/teachers/parents/schools.
• Provide first-line support and maintain FAQ/knowledge base.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve content/platform issues while protecting data.
• Grow in-portal community engagement and student/teacher participation.
• Moderate the community to ensure safety and age-appropriateness.
• Create web/social announcements and onboarding guides; assist with STEM demos in Singapore.
