Job summary

Nanyang International School (NIS) seeks a Student Recruitment Manager to drive enrollment by promoting our programs and building strong relationships with schools and agents. You will support prospective students through the application process and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.

The role requires developing recruitment strategies, managing inquiries, and reporting on enrollment performance. A background in private education and regional sales experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of student recruitment experience in a private education setting.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in Asia; regional exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Identify and pursue new student markets through schools, agents, education fairs, roadshows, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, education agents, and partner institutions.
• Organize and represent the school at marketing events, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Provide accurate course counselling and guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process.
• Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads into confirmed enrollments.
• Monitor recruitment pipeline and prepare regular performance and enrollment reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support recruitment activities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for student growth.
• Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the admission process.
