Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with strong stakeholder management.
• Experience in career advisory, student support, alumni engagement, and internship or placement functions is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end career journeys for students and alumni, from readiness to employment or internships.
• Build and manage employer partnerships to create a robust talent pipeline.
• Drive placement outcomes and monitor engagement metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure programme relevance and successful student outcomes.
• Lead and participate in career talks, networking sessions and mentorship activities.
