Job summary

Kaplan Higher Education Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to drive employability initiatives by engaging employers, recruiters, alumni and stakeholders. You will support career readiness, programme events, and administrative tasks to ensure successful departmental outcomes.

The role reports to the Senior Manager and involves coordinating Industry Advisory Board activities and vendor management on-site at Wilkie Edge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in administration, stakeholder engagement, event management, or higher education support functions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support employer engagement activities and maintain relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, alumni, and industry stakeholders.
• Support social media initiatives and guide students on the effective and professional use of social media.
• Coordinate and administer the Kaplan Industry Advisory Board, including maintaining records, updating agreement, arranging meeting logistics, and liaising with Finance on payments and related matters.
• Assist in tracking and reviewing graduate outcomes through engagement with graduates and the alumni community.
• Maintain and update the student deals and vendor database.
• Organise and support alumni engagement initiatives, networking sessions, and alumni events.
• Participate in and provide operational support for student, alumni, and employability-related events.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of departmental programmes and activities.
