Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in enforcement agencies or a uniformed service background.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and preparing incident reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Discipline Team in managing student behaviour, discipline cases, and in-school suspension to maintain a positive school environment.
• Conduct school patrols, traffic control, and canteen duties to ensure student safety and orderliness during school hours.
• Investigate student incidents by taking statements, reviewing CCTV footage, and preparing detailed incident reports for school records.
• Support at-risk students and those with additional needs by engaging with them and conducting home visits alongside school staff.
• Monitor student appearance and assist during school activities to uphold school policies and standards.
• Coordinate with teachers and school staff on student management matters to promote consistent discipline and support.
