Job summary

Our client, an established MOE school in Singapore, is seeking a dedicated individual to support student discipline, engagement and well-being. The role involves patrolling the school, assisting investigations, maintaining disciplinary records and supporting detention classes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of disciplinary management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level certification.
• At least 2 years working experience in disciplinary management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Google Tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Student Discipline Unit through routine patrols across the school during hours.
• Assist in investigating serious offences and engaging parents if needed.
• Maintain and upkeep of disciplinary records.
• Support Detention Classes & Students-In-Risk counselling.
• Engage and support students, including those needing additional support.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the school.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Student Discipline Unit in conducting routine patrols and checks during school hours by patrolling the school compound (classroom blocks, toilets, special rooms etc.) and to identify and engage at-risk students
• Assist the Student Discipline Unit in investigating serious offences and engaging parents, if needed
• Assists to maintain and upkeep of disciplinary records
• Support Detention Classes & Students-In-Risk counselling, etc.
• Engage and support students, including those who may require additional support
• Any other duties assign by the school

Requirements:

• GCE "O" Level certification
• At least 2 years working experience in disciplinary management
• Good team-player, well organized, meticulous, able to multitasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in Word, Excel, Email and Google Tools
• This a Contract role for One year/extendable
• School Holidays: Not required to work during school holidays
