Job summary

Beacon Primary School seeks a Student Discipline & Management Officer to support the discipline team in maintaining order and student welfare. The role requires engaging with students, conducting investigations, and managing at-risk cases during school hours in Bukit Panjang.

Contract period runs from 14 Sep 2026 to 31 Dec 2026, with an option to extend to 31 Dec 2027. Applicants should have at least 3 years in enforcement and solid ICT skills for case logging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in enforcement agencies or related fields.
• Ability to work with young students and build rapport with stakeholders.
• Preference for prior primary school environment and student management experience.
• Demonstrates service orientation, meticulousness, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Discipline team in managing student discipline.
• Conduct house visits and follow-up calls to parents.
• Manage students in in-house detention and missing students cases.
• Patrol school premises for order and supervise canteen and free play areas.
• Be involved in case management for at-risk students.
