Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent Discipline Administration Associate to support school discipline processes, maintain confidential records, and assist with related matters. You will help monitor disciplinary outcomes and ensure proper documentation across the discipline database.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to privacy, and the ability to collaborate with Year Heads and senior staff to implement discipline-related programs and investigations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, word processing, spreadsheets and data entry.
• Preferably experienced in classroom management and discipline administration.
• Good interpersonal, planning, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Able to conduct basic student interviews and assist with investigations.

Responsibilities
