Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD is seeking a contract role to mentor and support students who require additional guidance. You will provide one-on-one befriending, conduct case management and engage parents, with emphasis on progression and reporting.

The position covers youth development activities, motivational talks, and building resilience in a school setting. It is a 2-month contract starting ASAP, located at the West of Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in school environment, youth work, student support or social services is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentoring and befriending support to students requiring additional care and supervision.
• Conduct case management, including fact-finding, student and parent engagement, progress tracking and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reports.
• Plan and conduct motivational talks and activities to build resilience and confidence among students.
