Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified counsellor to support students through individual and group sessions. You will liaise with staff, parents and external professionals to manage cases and provide crisis intervention when needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, updating management on progress, and developing psycho-educational resources to promote mental health and well-being among students and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Counselling with relevant professional qualifications.
• Experience in counselling and/or social work with adolescents or young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and stakeholders.
• Good judgement, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
• Assessment and case management skills including risk assessment and intervention planning.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, school leaders, parents and external agencies.
• Organised, meticulous and a strong team player managing multiple cases.
