Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified social work professional to provide pastoral care and student support at our Singapore campus. You will guide students in disciplinary matters, monitor well‑being, and help build healthier behaviours.

Working with the SDT and CMT, you will coordinate support plans, liaise with families and external partners, and promote safety and restorative practices across the school community.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification full-time social work experience in Singapore.
• At least 1 year of experience in pastoral care, mentoring, or youth/student support.
• Experience in student assessment, intervention, case planning, and goal setting.
• Ability to collaborate with community agencies and support networks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive cases professionally.
• Familiarity with restorative practices and case management is preferred.
