Responsibilities

• Conduct counselling sessions for students who have appointments as well as drop-in cases, providing consistent quality service with follow-up on each case.
• Facilitate meetings with HOD Student Development and provide timely updates on counselees (monthly).
• Prepare relevant documents and update HOD Student Development on AT-RISK/HIGH RISK cases and when a case is deemed closed (monthly).
• Prepare for and participate in Case Management Team meetings and take necessary follow-up actions as discussed.
• Regularly monitor and manage the online booking portal for counselling cases (basic training provided).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in crisis management during the contract period.
