Qualifications

• Experience in student counselling and case management.
• Ability to coordinate with HOD and school personnel.
• Familiarity with online booking portals and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct counselling sessions for students who have appointments or drop-ins and provide consistent quality service with follow-up.
• Facilitate monthly meetings with HOD Student Development and provide timely updates on counselees.
• Prepare documents and update HOD on progress of AT-RISK/HIGH RISK cases; report when cases are closed on a monthly basis.
• Participate in Case Management Team meetings and carry out follow-up actions as discussed.
• Monitor and manage the online counselling booking portal; basic training will be provided.
