Job summary

Ace @ Work Schoolcare Pte Ltd is seeking a Student Care Teacher for school-based programs at Ngee Ann Primary School and Bedok Green Primary School. You will supervise after-school care, assist with homework, and run enrichment activities with a focus on safety and supportive learning.

Applicants should have secondary qualifications and supportive experience with children. WSQ certification is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential for engaging with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary "N" / “O” Level qualifications.
• Relevant experience in student care or working with children is preferred.
• WSQ Student Care Certification will be an advantage.
• Passionate, patient, and able to manage children effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students after school hours.
• Guide students in the completion of daily homework and spelling.
• Plan and conduct simple enrichment activities and programmes.
• Maintain discipline and implement classroom management strategies.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Perform administrative duties such as attendance taking and record keeping.

Job Title: Student Care Teacher (School-Based)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students after school hours

Working Hours:

• Normal School Term:Monday to Friday12:00PM / 1:00PMto 7:00PM
• School Holidays:Monday to Friday9-hour shift (e.g. 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, inclusive of lunch break)

Salary:

• $1,400 – $1,600 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
