Job summary

PRO-TEACH SCHOOLCARE (SOUTH VIEW) in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher who enjoys guiding primary school children in a warm, constructive learning environment. You will oversee daily operations, support homework, and assist with activities, field trips and classroom tasks as needed.

The role emphasises reliable attendance, teamwork and compassionate care, with opportunities to work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure a nurturing centre for every child.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Education, Student Care, Childcare, or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in student care, childcare, education, or related field is preferred.
• Familiar with the Singapore primary school syllabus.
• Patient, responsible, caring and comfortable working with children.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support students with homework, spelling, revision, and other schoolwork.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for students.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.
• Demonstrate strong attendance, punctuality, responsibility, and reliability in daily duties.
