ACE @ WORK EDUCARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Student Care Teacher (School-Based) to support two school sites in Singapore. You will supervise students after school, assist with homework, and run enrichment activities, fostering a safe and engaging environment.

The role requires patience, good communication, and teamwork. Applicants should have secondary qualifications; WSQ certification is an advantage. Work hours align with school terms and may include long shifts during holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary "N"/"O" Level qualifications.
• Relevant experience in student care or working with children is preferred.
• WSQ Student Care Certification will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students after school hours
• Guide students in the completion of daily homework and spelling
• Plan and conduct simple enrichment activities and programmes
• Maintain discipline and implement classroom management strategies
• Build positive relationships with students and parents
• Perform administrative duties such as attendance taking and record keeping

Working Hours

• Normal School Term: Monday to Friday12:00PM / 1:00PM to 7:00PM
• School Holidays: Monday to Friday9-hour shift (e.g. 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, inclusive of lunch break)

Salary

$1,400 - $1,600 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Requirements
