Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is recruiting for a role supporting a school's Student Development Team in Singapore. You will assist with investigations, supervise students during disciplinary periods, and provide in-class support for those with behavioural needs.

The position involves home visits with senior staff, data sharing on discipline, and leading SEL activities for selected students. The contract runs for 11 months, with specified school hours.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational, community or similar settings preferred.
• Diploma in Child Psychology, Education, Early Childhood Education, Developmental Psychology or equivalent preferred.
• Patience, positive disposition and ability to engage Primary 1–3 students.
• Belief in students' potential and commitment to their development and well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Assist SDT with fact-finding and investigations of student misconduct and bullying.
• Monitor and guide students during No-Play Time or in-house suspension.
• Provide in-class support for students with behavioural difficulties.
• Supervise Time Out and use restorative approaches to encourage positive behaviour.
• Assist with home visits alongside senior staff.
• Compile and share student discipline data with SDT.
• Conduct SEL and Executive Functioning activities for targeted students.
• Support teachers in after-school enrichment for High Needs Students.
• Provide additional student management support in high-needs classes.
