Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking a delegate to assist the Student Management team with case groundwork, follow-up, and incident handling. The role involves taking statements, clarifying accounts, and guiding student reflections during class suspensions.

The position requires patient, calm interaction with students, strong note-taking, and the ability to work independently under guidance from the Principal. Duration is 1 year, with 7 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or youths is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students appropriately.
• Patient, calm and able to handle student-related matters professionally.
• Good observation, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling student information and incident records.
• Able to work independently and support the Student Management team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the Student Management team with groundwork and follow-up for student management cases.
• Take student statements for incidents referred to the team and clarify student accounts through relevant follow-up questions.
• Facilitate student reflection during class suspension using the school's established approach.
• Supervise students carrying out service work as part of assigned consequences.
• Facilitate simple apologies and reconciliation between students where appropriate.
• Provide relevant information and observations to support case follow-up.
• Complete Incident Reports and maintain proper documentation of incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
