Job summary

Delta Capita is expanding its Structured Products business in APAC and is recruiting an experienced Structured Products Documentation SME to join our global team. The role focuses on end-to-end structured product issuance support, including documentation, governance, automation, and process efficiency for Tier 1 investment banks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Structured Products issuance and documentation.
• Experience drafting and templating Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Summaries and KID documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft new and maintain/update documentation templates for Structured Products.
• Review templates for accuracy against client base templates and trade details.
• Manage a pipeline of work with deadlines and progress oversight.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business, legal and operations.
• Champion process improvement and leverage technology to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate globally to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
