Job summary

TD Securities is seeking an experienced attorney to provide transactional advisory and negotiate global capital markets agreements for trading products across the APAC region.

The role requires a law degree and 10+ years of trading documentation experience in APAC, with strong communication and risk-management capabilities. You will collaborate with internal teams across Credit, Legal, and Operations to protect the Bank while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advisory and negotiate global capital markets agreements across trading products.
• Ensure regulatory alignment and risk protection in ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, and related docs.
• Lead discussions with clients, internal stakeholders and external counsel on negotiations.
• Provide guidance on trading documentation to local desks across the APAC region.
• Monitor APAC regulatory requirements for OTC derivatives and communicate effectively.
