• Oversee lifecycle management including hedging and client servicing.
• Develop and maintain pricing tools and automation processes.
• Ensure adherence to controls, regulatory and governance standards.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, operations, and risk teams.
• Handle trade-related tasks for Direct Access Clients and EAMs.
• Share knowledge and drive process improvements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Structured Products Specialist to join our Advisory Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure, price, and execute a comprehensive range of equity-linked and fixed income structured products, ensuring solutions are aligned with client objectives and current market trends.
• Partner closely with relationship managers, sales teams, trading desks, and clients to identify opportunities and deliver bespoke investment strategies.
• Analyze market developments to originate and present innovative investment ideas.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, term sheets, payoff analyses, and risk scenario assessments for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the full lifecycle management of structured products, including monitoring, hedging, and proactive client servicing.
• Develop, enhance and maintain pricing tools, templates, and automation processes using VBA and Excel macros.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and robust product governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and risk management, to ensure seamless product delivery and risk mitigation.
• Service and perform trade-related tasks (margin checks, trade input, etc.) for Direct Access Clients and External Asset Managers (EAMs).
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Assume any other tasks as assigned.
