Job summary

Delta Capita in Singapore (hybrid) is seeking a Structured Products Documentation SME to join our global team. You will draft and maintain templates for termsheets, pricing supplements, final terms and related docs to support APAC issuance.

You’ll review templates for accuracy, manage workflow pipelines to meet deadlines, and partner with senior stakeholders across business, legal and operations to deliver high-quality documentation. Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Structured Products issuance.
• Drafting and/or templating: Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and ancillary documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, legal, and operations.
• Highly organised with ability to manage complex workflows and multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft new and maintain/update documentation templates for Structured Products documentation to facilitate automation.
• Review templates for accuracy against client base templates and trade details.
• Manage a pipeline of work, adhering to deadlines and providing oversight of status.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business, legal, and operations to deliver high-quality documentation.
• Champion innovation and process improvement to streamline document workflows.
• Collaborate globally to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage but not mandatory.
